Your SpeakerPAGE is indexed by AI-powered search tools, not just Google. When a planner or podcast host uses ChatGPT or Perplexity to search for a speaker in your topic area, a complete profile gives you the best chance of appearing. Fill in every section, use specific language about your topics and expertise, and keep your profile current.
This usually happens when your browser is already signed into a different Microsoft account. Use a browser that isn't logged into any other account. We recommend setting up a dedicated browser profile signed in with the same Microsoft account you use to access SpeakerHUB.
My Coach requires a public YouTube link to a pre-recorded video or YouTube Short. Live YouTube videos are not supported. If you're getting an error, try using the direct link from your browser's URL bar, or the shorter link available via the Share button under the video player on the YouTube page. If the video still won't process after a few tries, send your YouTube link to our support team at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

Complete your profile fully: add your banner image, bio, speaking topics, media (videos and photos), testimonials, and achievements. Google rewards complete, keyword-rich profiles. A complete profile also tells event planners you're serious — the difference between getting scrolled past and getting booked.
Yes. You can upload videos, PDFs, and images directly to your SpeakerPAGE. Sizzle reels, one-pagers, and speaker decks all have a place. Available on Be SEEN and above.
Yes — email our support team with both profile URLs and we'll merge them for you.
SpeakerGPT pulls from your SpeakerPAGE to personalize pitches. If your pitch feels generic, it usually means your profile is incomplete, specifically the bio, speaking topics, and areas of expertise. Filling these in completely makes a significant difference in pitch quality. Go to your profile settings and complete every section.
Testimonials can't be deleted, but you can make them private. Go to SpeakerLEADS in the left sidebar, then select Testimonials from the menu. On any testimonial card, click the Public switch at the top right to hide it from your SpeakerPAGE.
While logged in, open SpeakerPAGE from the left sidebar and click Home. Under your profile header you'll see a View Public HUB button. Click it to open your public profile page, then copy the URL from your browser to share it anywhere. Before sharing, make sure your profile is set to public. Go to Edit My Hub and turn on the Profile Visibility switch so your profile is visible to everyone. A dedicated Share button is on the way to make this even easier.
Not yet, but it's on the way for paid members. In the meantime, contact our support team and we'll help.
While logged in, visit your testimonials page and click Copy Request Link. Share that link with clients or event planners and they can submit a testimonial directly. You can also share your public SpeakerPAGE link, which has an Add Testimonial button visible to anyone who visits it.
The previous SpeakerHUB directory didn't collect star ratings or reviews alongside testimonials. The new platform does. Because of that difference, legacy testimonials appear on your profile but don't count toward your review score. To build your count, ask past clients and event organizers to leave a new review directly on your SpeakerPAGE.
We raised the profile completion requirement for the Get Listed plan from 50% to 75% to keep the directory trustworthy. Spam requests and incomplete business profiles were cluttering search results for event planners and decision makers. A complete profile gives you a stronger presence and makes it easier for the right people to find and evaluate you. Log in and check your profile completion score to see what's left.

Filters vary by opportunity type. For podcasts, filter by genre, language, publish date, and interview-only shows. For associations and media, filter by country, state, and city. For conferences, filter by time range, country, state, and city. Start broad, then narrow by location or niche. The goal is to build a targeted list you pitch consistently over 30 to 90 days, not to blast everyone at once.
Credits don't reset monthly. When you run out, you can purchase a credit pack as a one-time add-on, available in multiple sizes. If you want to scale your outreach further, upgrading to AUTOMATE It adds campaign automation so you can run multi-touch sequences without manually hitting send each time. Click the Add to List button on any opportunity card in SpeakerLEADS. Access your saved lists from the Mailbox or select them when creating a new campaign.
Recommended Searches are keyword suggestions based on your SpeakerPAGE. SpeakerLEADS reads your profile topics and expertise to suggest relevant categories to explore. To get more accurate suggestions, make sure your Personal Details, Experience & Expertise, and Professional Details sections are fully filled in inside Edit My Hub.
There are two situations. If your email bounces as invalid, SpeakerHUB automatically flags that contact for review. No action needed. If you get a reply letting you know the person has moved on, changed emails, or left the organization, open that contact's email sequence and click Manage Status. Select Report as invalid and add any details. This helps keep the database accurate for everyone.
Yes. Open SpeakerLEADS from the left sidebar and select Uploads. Inside the Uploads tab, click Manage Records. A card will appear on the right column with two options: Upload Leads File to import a CSV, or Upload Leads Manually to add contacts one by one.
SpeakerCTA is a lead capture tool built for live events. It gives you a QR code to display on stage or in your slides. Audience members scan it to access a free resource you choose, like a guide, workbook, or chapter. Every room you speak in becomes an opportunity to grow your list. Available on Get PAID and above.
Open SpeakerLEADS from the left sidebar and select SpeakerQR. Click Manage SpeakerQRs, then New SpeakerQR. Add a free resource (a guide, chapter, or workbook) and a personalized video for anyone who scans it. Once created, download the QR image to add to your slides, or copy the direct link to share digitally.
SpeakerGPT SpeakerGPT — Pitching & Outreach
Open SpeakerLEADS from the left sidebar and select the opportunity type: Podcasts, Associations, Conferences, or Media. Browse the results, find the right fit, and click the Connect button on the card. This opens the email composer where you can write your message with AI, use a template, or write it manually. Review before sending. Your first outreach typically takes under 5 minutes. Available on Get PAID and above.
Go to Settings → Email Integration and connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account via IMAP. This lets you send pitches from your real email address and see replies inside SpeakerHUB. We recommend Google Workspace for the best deliverability. Watch the IMAP setup tutorial above for a step-by-step walkthrough.
Bounces happen for two reasons: the email address is invalid, or your sending domain has a deliverability issue. For invalid addresses, skip them and move on. For deliverability, make sure your Gmail or Google Workspace account has SPF and DKIM records configured. If you're using a personal Gmail, switch to a Google Workspace account with a custom domain for better results.
SpeakerCRM SpeakerCRM — Managing Your Pipeline
Every pitch you send, every follow-up you schedule, and every booking you land — all in one place. SpeakerCRM gives you a pipeline view so you always know what's pending, what needs a follow-up, and what's confirmed. Available on Get PAID and above.
Once you've connected IMAP (Settings → Email Integration), replies to your pitches will appear in your SpeakerHUB mailbox. You can reply directly from within SpeakerHUB, move conversations to different pipeline stages, and add notes to each contact.
After your initial outreach, a Follow Up button appears on the contact card after 24 hours. Find it in the Sent tab inside Mailbox under SpeakerCRM. We recommend sending multiple follow-ups if you haven't heard back. Most responses come after the fourth follow-up.
Every contact moves through pipeline stages inside Mailbox under SpeakerCRM: Waiting, Sent, In Conversation, On Hold, Booked, and Archived. Update a contact's stage using the Manage Status dropdown in any tab, or open the email sequence and click Manage Status at the top of the editor. Each email sequence also includes buttons to log a booking directly.
Yes. Open SpeakerCRM from the left sidebar and select Templates. You'll find default templates written by email experts, plus a New Template button to create your own. Your saved templates appear in the email composer every time you connect with an opportunity.
Basic outreach sends one email at a time. SpeakerCAMPAIGNS lets you build multi-touch sequences: an initial email plus timed follow-ups that run automatically. You build the sequence once and the platform sends it for you. Available on AUTOMATE It and above.
Hubs Hubs & Courses
A Hub is your own paid community and course platform — built inside SpeakerHUB. Launch a community where your audience pays monthly to access your coaching, your content, and your expertise. Hubs live inside SpeakerHUB, the same platform where you're building visibility, finding opportunities, and pitching. You don't need a separate tool. More importantly, Hubs are Step 6 of the SpeakerFLYWHEEL™. Every speech, every podcast, and every booking you've earned feeds directly into products that pay you without needing you to be on stage.
Yes. You keep 90% of every sale. SpeakerHUB retains 10%. To connect your Stripe account, go to Edit My Hub, open Hub Admin, select Tiers, and click the Connect your Stripe account link under Premium Membership. You can also access this through your profile menu at the top right by selecting Finances. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
There are two Hub types. A free Hub is open to all your followers at no cost. A premium Hub lets you charge members for access to exclusive content, courses, and tools. Hub availability by plan:

  • Agency: Unlimited Hubs for all clients, 0% revenue share

Yes. The Get LISTED plan is free and includes a basic SpeakerPAGE and directory listing. Hubs are also free on every plan. To unlock outreach tools (SpeakerLEADS, SpeakerGPT, SpeakerCRM), you'll need the Get PAID plan.
Yes. Click your profile menu at the top right, go to Settings or Plans, open the Billing tab, and scroll down to the cancel section. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm. No phone calls, no runaround. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your SpeakerPAGE will be turned off and set to private. If you decide to come back, you can reactivate your account on the free Get LISTED plan and turn your profile back on. If you run into any issues, contact our support team and we'll help.
Access to SpeakerLEADS, SpeakerGPT, SpeakerCRM, SpeakerCTA, and all premium features ends at your billing period close. Your SpeakerPAGE is turned off and set to private. Your Hub and course content is preserved. If you come back, you can reactivate on the free Get LISTED plan and turn your profile back on.
Click your profile menu at the top right and select Plans. Choose the plan you want. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you have a billing issue or dispute, contact our support team right away at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We're here to help and will work to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Is SpeakerHUB free to use?

We have free options available, as well as paid tiers. We provide a free assessment through SpeakerSTATUS, and you can also get actionable feedback on your speaking by using SpeakerCOACH. However, to truly access the power of SpeakerHUB, we suggest you take the challenge and get onboard!

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Just click the cancel button. That's it. There's no minimum contract for SpeakerHUB — cancel at any time without penalty or hassle. If you have any issues with your cancellation, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to sort it out for you.

What happens when I cancel my current subscription?

Cancelling the subscription/upgrade/payment means the account remains intact but you lose access to certain features (such as the display of multiple videos/images on the SpeakerPAGE, but even these media contents remain in the account, they just don't show up on the public profile page without being upgraded).

Regarding SpeakerHUB PRO, you will not be able to keep pitching to the SpeakerLEADS unless you have an active subscription.

Why does my data on my SpeakerPAGE not appear in SpeakerHUB Pro automatically?

SpeakerHUB PRO is a separate platform with specific features, so your SpeakerPAGE data doesn’t automatically transfer. You may need to manually update your profile.

I still have pitches left, but the system does not allow me to make any more.

If you cannot send pitches despite available credits, try logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact support to verify your pitch balance.

I just signed up for SpeakerHUB PRO, but I’m having trouble sending pitches. Who should I contact about the error message I’m receiving?

Please reach out to our support team for assistance with pitch errors, and include a screenshot of the error if possible.
